Oh I loved that, thank you rosie : ) The frying sounds like a nice touch. I must think about making these - but maybe not 100.(I see they don't know how to spell it either)
letout, I usually fill them with mashed potato and chedder cheese and onion. Fry in butter after boiling and serve with a dollop of creme fraiche....I never make more than thirty...because they are good cold too.
